I applied online, a couple of days later I had to do a hirevue where you have to record yourself answering questions. It felt really awkward but they understand that and just want to make sure you're personable. I had two in person interviews that were really chill and relaxed. They just want to see if you're friendly and good at talking to people.

The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
