I completed the online application first, filling out forms etc. then got invited to a group interview in the head office. I then got a phone call a few weeks after

Colloquio
Entrevista descontraída, com atividades, bate papo, brincadeiras e interação entre os candidatos. Super dinamica. Bem a cara da empresa. Fez com que ficassemos a vontade, não fiquei tensa e acredito que ninguem que estava concorrendo comigo tambem nao. Depois há mais 1 etapa por video chamada.

First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

What is your favorite flavor of Red Bull?
Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
