Pointless. Met the CMO who was far too casual and didn't understand the job or have any steer on what the long-term plan was.
I then met the two partnership guys I could potentially work alongside. Both didn't have a clue and kept asking If I would be happy to do creative duties on photoshop and manage the day-to-day of social media.
