Recruiter primarily messaged me through Indeed despite me providing my personal email. Series of two web interviews over the course of two weeks. Very laid back interviews. All parties didnt really seem overly interested in interviewing. I got the feeling that they werent entirely sure what to do with this position. Sure enough, about a week after the second interview I got the thanks but no thanks email. Stating they were going in a different direction. Saw it posted again as a more entry level position. Complete waste of my time and theirs. But appreciate at least they let me know. Most companies doent now. Probably an indicator that this wouldnt have been a good fit for me.
