The first round is a recorded video interview where you're given the question and a short amount of time to come up with the answer, and then you have one try to record yourself answering.

Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
