Tough interview, few questions that caught me off guard but as expected considering the size of the business and role. Definitely throw a few curveballs in to see how you adapt on your feet.

Approached by recruiter. Completed a behavioral test. Interviewed at the premises of the company with HR and hiring manager after completing a one hour analysis exam on financial results and financial statement analysis. Next steps would require one more interview with the function head and a submission of two recommendation letters from prior employers. Although the process was pretty enjoyable the disregard for privacy and lack of confidentiality overshadowed any positive aspects of the interview process as my current employer was contacted right after the interview, putting me in an uncomfortable and potentially compromising situation.
