The hiring manager shows you a propaganda video and then talked more about playing games at 6am, safe spaces to cry ( I really didn't understand where he was going with that but he said that was his own question not part of the script ) and staying late. They offer what sounds to be an OK salary for someone working a 40 hour week but they require a 60 hour week. They ask a a lot of scripted questions that have nothing to do with the position or anything of value.

Long and drawn out until the actual interview. Unprofessional and disorganized when it was conducted. Never heard so many curse words in a professional setting before. Claims to be part of the culture. I call it unprofessional.
