I had such a wonderful interview experience until it came to the end. After my final interview (in person with the hiring manager), I never heard back from my HR contact. She was an exceptional communicator and was always prompt with her emails so I was sad to have been left in the dark on whether they wanted to move forward with me or not. Two weeks after my final interview, I noticed they took down the role, assuming they filled the position or no longer was looking for an EA for the EVP, On Premise. This was disheartening as I would have rather be notified with a rejection than get ghosted. Otherwise, everyone I connected with was wonderful and the overall interview experience was great.

Quick phone screen then set up with an hour panel interview for the next day. The panel interview was with the hiring manager and the SVP. Average questions, but a few curveball questions I wasn’t expecting.
