Easy online application, got a quick call back from the HR Representative. Rep. explained the position well and overall culture of Redcard. I came in for an in-person interview and met with 3 individuals.

Interview process was casual and they were easy to talk to - it felt very conversational, like they really wanted to get to know me. I was asked some 'situational - what would you do' types of questions and they allowed me time to ask questions as well.
