Colloquio
After sending in my application which included a written test I heard back about a week later about an interview. They asked me to interview the following day - pretty last minute. After doing this interview I heard back again about a week later asking me to do a final interview. After this, I did not hear the outcome until over a month later, in which I was rejected. I also received 0 feedback, none, after a written test and two interviews, which is really disappointing. Interviews themselves were ok, but whatever you say they will follow up on that straight after. Not many questions about my experiences or personal attributes but much more about what I think about X political development. Interviewers were neither friendly nor rude, very neutral I'd say. I was however questioned why I'd applied based on my academic background despite having a BSc in Politics, which I thought was weird.

Why this company? Why this sector? Are you just pivoting from other jobs you're applying to? What do you think about X political party/ politician/policy? Do you think X political strategy will work in other contexts? What do you think are the biggest political issues in the UK right now?
After passing the 1st stage (critiquing a campaign and offering your strategy), you are invited to a Zoom interview with 1 person from their main HQ and 1 from the office you are applying to.
The interview questions are pretty run-of-the-mill questions (Why this company? Why this role? etc.), however, the interviewers came off as pretty cold. They're just ticking off boxes.
