One call with HR, that seemed fine although it seemed the gal was rather new. I could sense by her responses she was nervous. She had a positive response to every answer I gave. She said she was going to pass me on to the hiring manager, and that an interview WOULD BE scheduled with her. I must underscore that last point. Absolutely no communication for 10 days. I followed up with the Recruiter, and received a 4 word reply, basically “wait until next week”. Apparently the manager was out of office that week. I did wait. A week later I get a canned rejection email. Very poor process and communication.
