Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Red Hat nel mese di apr 2018
Colloquio
Overall I am happy with the whole interview process. Information was quickly communicated, there was flexibility of dates and times when we could do the interviews and we did them remotely so I did not have to take time off or incur cost for them.
Being a serious position I understand that one needs to be vetted across the organization to come in so having around 10 interviews is what I hear normal :)

Domanda 1
Questions asked were suitable for technical support engineer profile not for a managerial round. I could not understand what is their requirement a manager or a support engineer.
Pretty Informal. Three phone calls and one on-site. Basic management knowledge questions and review of past experiences and challenges. It Moved very fast. I was done in about 3 weeks

Domanda 1
Questions centered on looking for examples on how my previous experience would fit the Red Hat environment or influence similar situations presented. "How have I handled X situation or similar in the past and how would that experience influence handling in the future?"
