interview process period was almost 2 months. I applied through company's website and Kristine reach out to me about the position. I went through three steps
1. online skill assessment where they test your linux and coding skills ( I think I did fairly well)
2. phone technical interview with cloud architect ( it was pleasent and even the question I didnt know the Architect explained them to me so really was beneficial to me too )
3. onsite interview where you get into panel interview and do a presentation. ( I was late 30 minute due to reading the time zone incorrectly but they understood)
overall the process were pleasant and positive

how would you react when a client has a very poorly designed project, and they won't accept your criticism?
Well defined process and takes place on Blue jeans their web conferencing tool. For my position had 3 rounds. Recruiter communicated well. Number of rounds and process will change from team to team . But you will have atleast one Technical round.
The company really cares about open source, having a couple projects in open source surely helps. The interviewers were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions, I enjoyed the process.
