Extremely lengthy process. Expect to invest HOURS in the process only to get GHOSTED with no feedback.
The interview format was extremely jarring. You feel like you are on the “hot seat” The interviewers practically argue with you and constant ask you “follow up” questions in an adversarial fashion. I understand there is a consensus driven culture at red hat, but being that argumentative and probing relentlessly is not a good look.
Even if I was offered a position here, I would have declined. The interview experience was horrible.
Very straightforward, spoke with recruiter about open opportunities and then met with the hiring manager for an interview. Overall interview process was painless once I actually got a response from recruiting. Did not get an offer as the team was looking for a Principal PM rather than a Senior PM.
