It was a great interview with each of the 4 managers, with quick scheduling! Very fun but thorough interviews. They were very quick to come to a decision and send an offer letter.

The roleplay scenarios shared beforehand were completely different from what was conducted, creating confusion and limiting fair preparation. Additionally, the mock calls did not effectively assess relevant skills for the role. Overall, the process felt unstructured and not aligned with Red Hat’s reputation and professional standards.

I was referred (they really encourage/respect referrals) and had two interviews; first with the manager and second with the senior manager. Each interview was virtual using Google meets & 30 minutes long.
