There were several interviews with a variety of people. Everyone is personable but they do not always communicate goals/objectives with each other which makes for somewhat uncoordinated interviews. I did not always receive confirmation for an interview until a day before. They do not notify you personally as to whether you received the position despite interviewing over several months. They are highly protective of their corporate culture and tout its advantages; however, they want people who are interested in protecting it more so than improving it. They are more than happy to tell you what they do not like about their own company.
