For a management posiion the questions consisted of pre determined situational questions about conflict resolution and leadership witihin the company and your proven track record...The best way to get the job is to know someone or to work for the company (for management)

It was very relaxed and was done in a booth. Easy questions about my work experience and future goals. I was interviewed by a manager and the general manager. I was nervous but they didn’t hold that against me.

Quick and easy, our location was desperately hiring so you don't even need experience. I was hired on the spot. Some people may need multiple interviews but I only had 1.
