I applied on their website, which was pretty easy compared to other companies. Went through a phone screen conversation with their HR person, who was pleasant and welcoming. A few days later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, who also seemed like a nice person. A couple of weeks went by without any contact, I figured I didn't get the job, suddenly the HR person invited me for an in-person interview.
For the in-person interview, you have to drive to their HQ, which is in Clairemont, NH. I interviewed with the hiring MGR that I spoke with previously and his boss for roughly an hour. They asked questions regarding my work history and why I was interested in the company. After the interview, they said they would decide in two weeks. I wrote my thank you letters on the following business day (my interview was on Friday, so they went out on Monday). The next day I received an email from the HR person saying that I have been turned down. To her credit, she did offer to provide feedback, but she admitted that she did not get much from the interview team and stated that "I didn't have enough high-level experience."
I was quite disappointed with their decision, but I still think they are a good company that has a bright future.
