They called to let me know that I had an interview. When I arrived, I was sat down with the Manager at a side table. He offered me a drink and brought out my resume to review. The questions were about past experiences and the generic ones. Some went into the Red Robin family and how I would fit in. The interview process wasn't intimidating.
