They'll have you fill out a question sheet or two. Then bring you in for a 40 min briefing about them and their services. Then they'll bring you in for a 1 on 1 interview.
This is a multi-level marketing scheme. Amway status. Avoid it. I barely tried to interview and they called me within an hour offering a job. They're after warm bodies. That's all a multi-level marketing / pyramid scheme does. You have to realize that as an employee you're not offering a product - you are the product. They profit by hiring you.
Avoid this place like the plague. Beyond shady. Super greasy.
Take a good hard look at the contract before you sign. You'll be a 1099 contracted employee (IE not full time, no benefits, nothing). You'll have to pay for EVERYTHING yourself. No thanks.
