Be warned: this another company asking for you to create new intellectual property and perform free work in the interview process under the guise of a "Take home case to generate insights on relevant projects."
Somehow walking them through a detailed report of a major SEO project that was already accomplished and for which I was paid, wasn't enough for them to gauge my "ability to generate insights."
We all deserve better as interview candidates.
The interview process is quite involved, consisting of three phases. The first two are pretty standard - a phone screening followed by an interview with someone related to the department hiring. Following that is a series of 4 interviews that also include a case study. Those interviews are generally held on the same day over a few hours, though there's flexibility depending on everyone's schedule.
