hr phone interview, hiring manager phone interview, take home project. that's as far as i got. the next step would be an in-person interview and project discussion. i live on the other side of the world, so i wasn't able to do the in-person. this is likely the main reason i didn't get an offer. the interview is primarily based on the take home project. i had to build a js enabled web page from flat art files. i went overboard and added a portable cms with js loading, but they didn't like the work. they are looking for very specific skills related to live data skimming and indexing. they are crunching massive amounts of data in realtime. i don't have those skills. i just build websites that make money. great people at Red Ventures. i had a professional experience. ps i only added this review so i can get my glassdoor privileges back :)
