Very easy and straightforward interview with a professional hiring manager. I applied online and was called the next day for a phone interview lasting approximately 15 minutes. I then scheduled a time to go in the next week for an in person interview which lasted around 1.5 hours. I was called back two days later with a job offer. The phone interview was a series of questions such as a goal you weren't able to achieve, a stressful situation you had to handle, and some background info. The in person interview consisted of a group presentation (I was by myself since I was the only candidate to show up), and then several mock sales calls and a few more personal questions.
