You start out with a 30min phone call. They tell you more about the role, hours, pay, what to expect. Then ask a few questions about yourself so they can get a feel of how well you'd fit with the company. They know what they're looking for so if you genuinely feel that you're a good fit for the role and the company you'll do great. After that, if all goes well you'll get invited to the in-person interview which is typically a group interview. You get a quick tour and then a recruiter goes over the sales process with you. It's first discussed, then you'll see video recording of the process in action, and lastly you'll role play with the other interviewees and the recruiter. This is a nice warm-up before the actual interview so ask questions now. Then you get called in to do a 1:1 where you'll be asked a few more questions going deeper into your personality and work history. You'll also be asked to one or more mock sales (seriously, during the warm-up pay attention as much as you can). It's easy and they're there to help. Any feedback is only to help you get better so expect and welcome feedback. After that you'll be contacted whether or not you've been accepted or not. Overall - I felt that they were all very professional and helpful. Every interaction I had with an employee was consistent on their behaviors (always gave feedback which is very helpful) and for a big company, I was really impressed by how everyone was on the same page, there were no feelings of confusion, etc. (ie. no he said she said bs). Also, they were very informative with the information they gave throughout the meeting and answered most of my questions without having me to ask first which was pretty awesome. Great interview experience and I enjoyed meeting people who were in the position I applied for and now doing different things in the company.
