La procedura ha richiesto 4 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Red Ventures (New York, NY)
Colloquio
The initial phone conversation went well, although the questions asked were very generic and canned. I felt encouraged when another interview was scheduled, and had the impression that I was a good fit for the position. Much to my surprise, I later received an email that another candidate was chosen to go forward and an waiting for feedback.

Let's just say that my that my interview experience echoes what others have experienced. But an employee reached out to me encouraging me to apply. It seems the company wants to start experienced editors out at the bottom (even if they've previously worked for the company). I'm very disappointed about my time being wasted. I would not apply to the company again.

Domanda 1
The interview with the hiring manager felt disorganized. I decline to answer.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Red Ventures
Colloquio
First interview was a 30-minute conversation with a recruiter. Second interview was 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Then, a full interview day that consisted of five separate 45-minute interviews. All the interviews went well, but seven interviews seemed a bit much for the job, especially since I had to take a full day off of work for the interview day.

After applying to numerous jobs with Red Ventures and dealing with different recruiters, this last experience was the last straw
I applied through Linkedin and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. She told me to apply again through the website (which I found odd) then said she would get back to me soon. After asking for my portfolio (which I don't have since I edit other people's work), I was sent a rejection email the next day.
Why did this recruiter reach out to me just to reject me? I met all the requirements, had more than enough experience, but recruiters don't actually want to do their job.
I was also rejected after another interview last year despite them only asking for ONE year of experience. These people don't seem to want to fill jobs with experienced workers. But I'm done applying with this company
