On my first day of the interview process, I had 1-on-1 interviews with two people which lasted for 30 minutes each. One guy didn't even know what position I was pursuing. I was called back the next day and scheduled to come in for more interviews and a "mini case project" the following week. On my second day of interviews, I had 1-on-1 interviews with three different employees. Each asked me company-specific, real-world questions, including mathematical calculations and word problems. So be prepared to do math calculations without using pen/paper or a calculator. After that, I was brought a laptop with an Excel spreedsheet with data and given 45 minutes to analyze the information and be prepared to present my findings to a group of employees. That day, I spent more than 4 hours in their office without getting to eat lunch. By far, the most memorable interview experience I've ever had... and not in a good way.
