2 phone interviews to interview in person on the final round. Took a tour of the facility which is super nice in Fort Mill, SC. Had 3 interviews that day, one where I had to do a presentation to a panel of people

I interviewed with seven different people over the course of the interview process, which took about 4-5 hours total over the course of several days. It was incredibly inefficient as most people asked the same questions like "Why Red Ventures?" You interview with a lot of people you won't work with and are outside of related positions. Finally, they send you an impersonal blanket email that you were not selected because your experience doesn't align with their need, even if you are overqualified for the position.
