The interview process was straight-forward, but rigid. 2 phone screens, then an onsite day which included cases, lunch, and a tour. The company stresses "fit" and seemed to be evaluating for: (a) mental horsepower (b) energy (c) interest in RV and (d) creativity. Ultimately, I did not get the offer and did not receive specific feedback. RV is a young company, both in terms of employee base and market penetration. It should be an exciting company to watch and work for in the future!
