The interview process was certainly interesting and long. It is designed to weed people out, but frankly, given the length of the process, you would think you were applying for a 100k job. You start by writing a quick essay about why small business matters to you. You move on by reading a quick little book and writing another essay about it. You do a one on one with the person hiring you, then you do a group interview with everyone at the company, and then you do an interview with the CEO. Listen, it's a good process, and it will really weed people out but after I made it through the whole process and saw the offer they had given me....well, it was underwhelming.
