Contract Renewal - no real interview, just a conversation between client and myself. RedSalsa get to keep the contract if I wish to renew. Then I worked with RedSalsa and the client about the continuing the contract position for one more year. After this, the HR sections work with each other to finalize the paperwork.

Interviewed with the Client (SCDOT), but was recruited by RedSalsa Technologies. No real interview with RedSalsa, they recruited me heavily and all I had to do with them is negotiate my salary and start date.
