initial interview - 4 minute interview with two questions, didnt talk about salary or role responsibilities... when i asked and said im not happy with the 100% commission based structure, the reply is 'wish you told me sooner' how soon could it be???

The information provided to arrive was clearly set out and extremely helpful, the reception staff were very accommodating and the seconds floor receptionist offered me a drink as soon as I came in. The one conducting the interview stages (Sophie) was a lovely woman, super polite, not uptight about anything, quite professionally relaxed and straightforward. She was a good laugh throughout the process and made my nerves feel almost non-existent with her demeanour. Cannot wait to work with her.
