Met with managers and described your sales history and your values. You may meet with multiple managers. The will ask for a print out of sales history. Meet with other agents
HR then two interviews with market managers. Experience was less important than the drive in my opinion as I was a newer agent at the time. I got hired within 2-3 weeks.

There were 2 separate zoom interviews scheduled via email. My camera did not work for one of the interviews. The were very polite and interview continued audibly. They ask about me personally and then went into my work experience.
