Spoke with a recruiter first, Next sales manager and regional manager and lastly met in person with regional manager. Essentially a four step hiring process. Long hiring process just to make sure we were a good fit

Pretty quick. Took less than a week. The recruiter was very nice and informative. The second interview was with the direct manager and market manager. Simple customer service questions. I am a new agent so I believe I wasn't chosen because of my lack of real estate experience.

I applied online, easy. Submitted a recorded interview, easy. They send you a link to do a recording of yourself answering some questions. After I was scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer no never called. I never heard from them again.
