Colloquio
I had an initial interview with the recruitment consultant, then they put me forward for the role. I had a face to face interview with 2 people where they asked lots of behavioural questions. They called me that same day to say that they were impressed with me and wanted me to come in for a more informal chat. Then that same day they offered me the job!
