Contracted trainer suddenly quit on February 27, 2017. Redstone read my LinkedIn profile and related references. I received a telephone call on the morning of Feb. 27. I was offered a 4-day Six Sigma training assignment from Feb. 28, March 1, 2, and 3, 2017 in Seattle.

There were three interview rounds and a written test. A brief interview with the HR, the CEO and the manager. The test was based on a newspaper clip and I was asked many questions on various things, like my interests, experience, reading habit, if I could keep up with the work process, etc. Definitely not nerve-racking, more like a friendly chat.
