      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Redwire (Jacksonville, FL) nel mese di lug 2024

      Colloquio

      Process started off with a phone screen with HR Recruiter followed by two virtual interviews with the director and VP of the department. After the interviews I asked for feedback and was invited to a third on-site interview and given no concrete feedback. I asked the company to grant me the third interview in a remote setting considering I was not a local candidate at which point I started getting ignored. I then reached out to the director and VP on LinkedIn to suggest that if they couldn't give me a third virtual interview to potentially give me a case study or other technical accounting assignment to complete so I could showcase my skills and abilities. The day after sending the messages I received an automated email informing me that my candidacy was no longer being considered because I am not a "perfect" candidate for the position and of course I did not receive any feedback at all. Quite rude for the company to simply ignore a final stage interview candidate and remove them from consideration for the the role simply because of their inability to attend an on-site interview. Also, the communication at the end was very unprofessional. Could have sent me at least a personalized email with feedback. Future candidates beware!

      No concrete questions were asked about the position. The two leaders seemed more interested on hiring based on personality vs. skills or problem solving ability which was most highlighted by the their response (or lack thereof) to my my 3rd stage interview request.
