If I had to choose one word: convoluted. Four separate interviews when there were supposed to be two. This would've been fine(extra interviews bc the branch manager was supposed to be there and was ill) except that each interview was a week apart, and they made me wait another week to tell me they had chosen another candidate. All four interviews were repeats of each other, so obviously the interviewers were not communicating with each other. I really just do not feel as though my time was respected, and I felt as though I was "back up" option until they definitively snagged their preferred candidate. A 5 week interview process for an entry level position is absurd!
