Confusing! I was offered the job after my face to face interview then a few days later I was told that they forgot there was an assessment I was not given and they couldn’t confirm the previous offer till that was complete.

The recruiter called at the agreed upon time and the process was quiet seamless. The initial chat went really well and I was talked through the future stages of the interview. The interviewer explained the role in great details before she started to ask questions.
