Very easy and straight forward process. They were heavily recruiting people with an IT background however the job doesn't incorporate any IT skills at all. Basic customer service, and the ability to think on your feet will set you up for success.

The interview was very straight forward. If you know your basic electrical laws, you should be fine. The people that interviewed me were very nice. It felt more like a conversation than a typical interview. Interviewer made it very clear what he was looking for in their employee.
