Span of 5 interviews within about 1-2 months. First interview group, others were individual. Friendly staff, however the interviews were poorly organized. I had to wait almost an hour for a 10 min interview. The job posting was for an apprenticeship roll, however you are not officially hired on full-time until you pass the 3 month trial run. I feel that this was not clearly stated in the job profile, and is simply put a paid internship.

It was a group interview with about 6 other people remote over video. The interview questions were easy, but the interview took a very long time about 1 hour and 45 mins. It took long because there were so many other people interviewing and you had to wait your turn. We also had to do a writing section, and this weird reasoning IQ test. The manager was nice, as well as the other people in the group interview, but it was definitely overkill. Especially since this is a basic entry level job.
