Massive group interview in London Covent Garden store with 25+ candidates gathered like a cattle to save Reformation’s time(money?) and waste ours (you can spend nearly 2 hours at this weird ‘interview’). I can’t believe it’s an accurate and fair process either with that volume of people. It comes across as unprofessional, as a candidate I can’t take employer seriously if they make a circus out of an interview process, even if a position is only for a salesperson. Might look normal to an 18 year old straight out of school, but it’s certainly not for anyone with professional experience

First a task with a bunch of people, choose clothes for imaginary client, present to everyone. Then individually as basic as they get, why this company, your values, your availability etc. You get asked that while standing awkwardly in a random corner of the store xD This takes 5mins max. A joke, honestly.
