First round of interview was CV shortlisting. This was followed by an aptitude test (required 65-70% to qualify). The final round was of personal interview. PI lasted for around 10-15 minutes.

First step is a written multiple choice test and afterwards there's an interview. The MCQ test is intermediate in difficulty level. Interviews are also easy to crack and they won't grill you much.
