The interview process at Reframe consisted of three rounds. 1. Initial Screening Call: The first round was a screening call that lasted about 30 minutes. It was generally a positive experience, with a focus on understanding my approach to work-life balance. A significant portion of the conversation was spent discussing expectations around extended working hours and how I handle heavy workloads due to high project demands. 2. Technical Round: The second round was labeled as a technical interview, but it didn’t involve many technical questions. Instead, the interviewers spent most of the time explaining the company, its projects, and reiterating the expectation of working 60 to 80 hours per week. It felt more like a cultural or expectations alignment discussion than a skills assessment. 3. Take-Home Assessment: The final round involved a paid take-home assignment, which I appreciated. However, after submitting the assessment, I did not receive an offer, and there wasn't much feedback provided.
