As I came in as a temp, my interview process was more of a hands-on than an actual interview. They needed someone to come help in the safety department for a few weeks and then would see if they were a fit to hire on full-time. My supervisor contacted the temp agency after a day to inquire about the process for hiring me.

I wasn't asked any interview questions. They monitored my ability to follow directions, attitude, aptitude and I'm sure a host of other things as I worked as a temp for them.
