This gave me a solid understanding of the context. The second part of the interview focused on my experience, particularly around AI and how it relates to the role. Finally, we covered some practical aspects, including my motivation and overall fit for the position. What really stood out to me was the feedback session. It was unexpected, but extremely valuable. The recruiter provided honest and thoughtful feedback, giving me clear insights into both my strengths and areas for improvement. Even though I didn’t move forward, I left the process with a much better understanding of how to grow, which made the experience especially meaningful.
