Submitted online application. Got a call back within 2 weeks. Was interviewed by the theatre's assistant manager. Was given a packet with the three roles of floor staff, usher, box office cashier, and concessions cashiers. Asked which one one I'd prefer and why.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
