Never got to the interview. Manager called me saying it was in response to my application. However I was unable to understand what she was saying and asked her what company it was twice. Instead of simply saying it was a movie theater or anything else, she just hung up on me. I then called the number back saying that I had difficulty hearing her and the call may have gotten dropped. Her reply was simply for me to disregard the previous call. Just extremely rude. Hard to figure out how someone like this got to a manager position in a customer service related company.

Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
