I applied online just looking up Regal Jobs and my city, thankfully they were hiring. I applied and submitted my application and within 2 days, I got an Email saying they want to interview me. Depending on how in demand the position is, it may take more days. luckily they were hiring because they had to fire some employees so I got the call very early. Anyway, during the interview, it was fun and straightforward, a lot of questions about ethics, movies, availability, personal questions, and some stand procedures. The manager I got was very funny and easy to talk to like he wanted to employ me. After the interview, I took a tour of the theater checking out the projectors, looking at the concessions, and the ticket box. I also was able to meet some of the employees there and they all seem happy to see me ( maybe it was hazing the new guy but whatever.) all in all the interview process and the tour took about an hour and it was a very fun interview.
