No phone interview, was immediately asked if I could come in person. In person interview with the GM. Quick interview, nothing too hard if you've had prior management or theatre experience.

It was in person with the General Manager. It lasted a total of 30 mins and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. Was asked questions about what I would do in certain situations with guests, customer service, and policy questions. After that, he asked me about the past experience at other Regal locations.

GM interviews every possible candidate. The questions asked are really straight forward. they have questions that they are required to ask in the interview. The same type of interview as when you interview for floor staff.
