Just basic interview, some questions about education and extra-curriculars and lots of scenarios. They asked about what I did in high school and also about my Scouting experience. The major part of the interview was what-if scenarios.

If you see a manager take money from the register improperly, what would you do?
Really easy, as far as I went, if you are getting an interview you have the job. Most of the questions are availability based, and personality based. They really just care more about making sure that you are clean and keep up a nice appearance.

It was easy. They just askers a few simple questions and I got hired. I would just be prepared to list a few strengths and examples of them. The job doesn’t require a lot of hard skills or anything.

I applied online through indeed.com and they called me right away the next day for an interview by email, then they set up a second interview on the spot and the second interview was similar to the first but with a different person. Then I was to fill out 3 references and bring back. As soon as I brought back the references they called me the next week and set up my orientation day.
